இவர் பெயர் விஜய் வயது 18 சற்று மூளை வளர்ச்சி குன்றியவர் . இவர் பேசுவது புரியவில்லை தனியாக சுற்றித்திரிந்து கொண்டிருந்ததால் கடந்த 08/07/2013 அன்று கோவை காந்திபுரம் பகுதியில் இருந்து B3 காவல் துறை மூலமாக கோவை மாநகராட்சி காப்பகத்தில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டார்.

அதன் மூலம் விஜயின் உறவினரை 18/07/2013 அன்று கோவைக்கு வரவளைக்கப்பட்டதில் விஜயின் சகோதரர் சுரேஷ் உடனடியாக வந்தார், அதனைதொடர்ந்து காப்பகத்தில் உள்ள விஜயை ஈரநெஞ்சம் அமைப்பினர் அண்ணன் சுரேஷ் அவர்களிடம் இணைத்து வைத்தனர்.
சுரேஷ் மேலும் கூறும்போது விஜய் கடந்த ஒருமாதகாலமாக காணவில்லை என்றும் அவரை காணவில்லை என்று போலீசில் தகவல் கொடுத்து FIR பதிவும் செய்யப்பட்டு உள்ளது ஆனால் , ஆனாலும் விஜய் பற்றி இதுவரை எந்த தகவலும் இல்லை , தம்பியை காணாமல் எங்கள் குடும்பத்தில் நிம்மதி துளைத்து தினமும் அழுதவண்ணம் இருந்தோம் , ஈரநெஞ்சம் அமைப்பு விஜயை கண்டு பிடித்து கொடுத்ததற்கு எப்படி நன்றி சொல்வது அதற்க்கு வார்த்தை இல்லை மற்றும் தம்பியை பாதுகாதுக்கொண்ட மாநகராட்சி காப்பகதிர்க்கும் நன்றியை தெரிவித்துக்கொண்டார்.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kzC5vdfLXY&feature=youtu.be, பிரிந்த உறவினை தங்கள் குடும்பத்திடம் சேர்த்து வைத்த திருப்தியில் ஈரநெஞ்சம் அமைப்பு மனநிறைவு அடைகிறது.

This is Vijay age 18, a mentally challenged young man. He was put in Kovai Gandhipuram Home by the B3 Police because he was wandering around and his speech wasn't clear. Following that, when members of Eera Nenjam Trust went to the home for their continuous service to the needy people, they found Vijay and tried to communicate with him. From what Vijay spoke the menbers gathered some information such as his name, parents name and also the brothers name. He also mentioned that he was from Thiruchi. Eera Nenjam tried all possible ways to find his relatives with given information, one of them was posting on facebook. ( the following facebook link has the information about Vijay)

During this attempt facebook user name Baskar contacted Eera Nenjam and told them that Vijay should be from Perembalur Vepamthattai. Eera nenjam contacted Arumbavur Police station with this information. It was said that Vijay is from that place and there was a record of complaint from the relatives of Vijay about him being missing. Vijay's relatives were requested to come to Kovai, following that his brother Suresh arrived. Eera Nenjam has reunited Vijay with his brother Suresh. Suresh mentioned that they have complained at the police station a month ago and an FIR was filed, but since then there was no information about Vijay. He also mentioned that the family lost peace of mind and have been crying daily about Vijay being gone and missing. He also expressed his gratitude by saying that he couldn't find enough words to thank Eera Nenjam for finding and reuniting him with the family. He also thanked Kovai City Home for taking care of Vijay.
