"ஈர நெஞ்சம்" அமைப்பின் சார்பில் பாண்டிச்சேரியில் எம்பலம், மறைமலை அடிகளார் அரசு மேல் நிலைப்பள்ளியில் 22.09.2012 அன்று மரம் நடு விழா நடை பெற்றது. அந்தப் பள்ளியின் முன்னாள் மாணவரும், ஈர நெஞ்சத்தின் தொண்டு ஆர்வலருமான திரு. அன்புதாசன் அவர்களின் முயற்சியினால், இந்த மரம் நடு விழா இனிதே நடைபெற்றது.
காலை ஒன்பது மணிக்கு, பள்ளியின் துணை முதல்வர் திரு. இரகோத்தமன் அவர்கள் தலைமை தாங்கி, முதல் மரக்கன்றை நட்டு விழாவைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். அப்போது அவர், ”இன்று இங்கே நிழல் தரும் மரங்கள் மட்டும் நடப்படவில்லை; தான் படித்த பள்ளிக்குத் தன்னால் முடிந்தவற்றைச் செய்து தர வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தையும் சேர்த்து மாணவர்கள் மனதில் விதைக்கக் காரணமாய் இருந்த முன்னாள் மாணவர் அன்புதாசனை வாழ்த்துகிறேன்” என்று பேசினார். அது மட்டுமின்றி ஈர நெஞ்சத்தின் தொடர் சேவைகளையும், அனைத்து நிர்வாகிகளையும், தொண்டு ஆர்வலர்களையும் பாராட்டி நினைவுப் பரிசும் வழங்கினார். நண்பகல் 12 மணி அளவில் அனைத்து மரக்கன்றுகளும் நடப்பட்டு விழா இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது. இந்த விழாவில்125 மரக்கன்றுகள் பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் நடப்பட்டன.
இதற்கு எல்லாவகையிலும் உறுதுணையாக இருந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் திரு கோவிந்தன், திரு. ராஜசேகரன் இருவருக்கும் "ஈர நெஞ்சம்" தனது நன்றியையும் பாராட்டுதல்களையும் மனமாரத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறது. மரம் நடுவதற்கு வேண்டிய உதவி செய்ததற்கும், நட்ட மரங்களை நீர் ஊற்றி அவற்றை நன்றாகப் பராமரிக்க வேண்டிய எல்லாவற்றையும் தொடர்ந்து செய்வதாக உறுதி அளித்த அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் ஈர நெஞ்சம் தனது நன்றியையும் பாராட்டுதல்களையும் மனமாரத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறது. அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் முன்னோடியாக விளங்கும் அன்புதாசனைப் போல இன்னும் பலர் உருவாக எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவனை ஈர நெஞ்சம் வேண்டுகிறது. விழாவின் முடிவில், அனைவருக்கும் சிற்றுண்டி வழங்கப்பட்டது.

We had the "Tree Plantation" ceremony at Maraimalai Adikalar Government Higher Secondary School, Embalam, Pondicheery on 22.09.2012 successfully. It was possible by the good effort of one of our volunteers Mr. Anbu Dassan and he also happened to be an alumni of this school.
Mr. Rahothman, Vice-Principal,initiated the function by planting the first tree. In his speech, he praised Mr.Anbu Dassan for his effort of planting trees and added that he not only helped to plant trees but also made himself a good example to the present students. He also congratulated the various services and activities of EERA NENJAM and its trustees. There were 125 trees planted on this function and it was completed by 12 noon.
We would like to thank the teachers Mr. Govindan, Mr. Rajasekaran for their help. The school management has promised us that they would take care of the planted trees by watering them as needed.
We expect some more volunteers would come and engage themselves in these of activities in the following years such as Mr. Anbu Dassan. Snack was served to all the participants.
